Shipping & Returns


As all our handmade items are made to order, please allow 1-5 days processing time before dispatch.

Once orders are dispatched we will send tracking details via email. Orders will usually be delivered next working day. However, during these uncertain times, our dispatch and delivery times will vary and couriers are very busy. 

We will keep you up to date with regular emails on the status of your order.


Due to the nature of our handmade business we are unable to accept returns or order cancellations. The fabric we use cannot be used for another order once it has been cut. 

If an item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be returned, unused, within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund. If a returned item shows sign of wear we will not be able to issue a refund for the item. Customers are liable for return shipping fees.

We may be able to offer an exchange for store credit or an item of similar value if the item has not been personalised. Please get in touch using the Contact Us page if you have any queries.


The health and well-being of our customers is our highest priority. Because of this, we recommend for all items to be laundered and cleaned, using the customer's own household detergents, prior to first use. 

All items available in our shop should be laundered inside out (where applicable) on a cool 30 °C  wash and air dried.
